I have hired a full-time technician. He's familiar to quite a few of you. Name is Zac, and goes by spam16v on here.

Zac has himself a ridiculous amount of experience under his belt at such a young age, and is a perfect fit for what we're trying to do here, which is repair your cars right, the first time, every time. The difference now being that we'll be able to get you in in less than a two to three week leadtime.

He'll be on board here as soon as we get a few details squared away, and I'm really looking forward to this.
