ok so for a little bit of an update on the car. I had some issues with driveability in the fall so I put the car away early. it turns out I just had a massive vacuum leak from a broken sensor. fixed that. now the car runs awesome. I will not be removing the turbo setup. but since I'm getting some decent money back from taxes. I'll be picking up some nice new wheels and tires, and possibly springs soon.
16X8 Rota RB-R wheels, and probably some inexpensive tires,at 225/50-16, they won't last long either way.

these should make things a little nicer, instead of the old 14" wheels.

thanks, one thing I also noticed about my 280 is that it has fiberglass rear quarters on it, but the quarters that were put on are from a 240, and not a 280. you see the red car in the background? that's a 280, with 280 quarters. the ones on my car have a bit of a recess where the bumperette mounts. that's not supposed to be there.
