Not sure which way this thing is going to go.
knowing me I'll get pissed off at it and sell it before winter.
If not, might get silly and build it in the winter a bit.
If I hold on to it, I'd love to do suspension and paint.
And depending how stong the m20 is - turbo it (ekk I said it) or M50 swap it.
Mostly getting it to autocross and track events is what I want this car for.

No offense, but sounds like it would make a good parts car for a cleaner E30. A few little issues make for a lot of BIG headaches.

This has also crossed my mind.
But I think I got my few little issues close to sorted.
And the shell isnt that bad, yeah fenders and hood blow.
but rot/rust is minimal.
