On order.

M30 AFM.

Hopefully the plug on the old harness is still ok and everything will show up by friday and work...

suprisingly the battery tray, rear wheel wells, actually the whole rear end of the car is pretty much super clean. the only areas i can recall as having issues (as far as rust is concerned) were the jack points where the paint cracked on the front fenders and a chunk of about 2 inches x 2 inches under the front (drivers side? pass side?) floor.

for a 20 year old car, its in really good shape (structurally)

ugh afm. goddamnit man. it'll prob run better though

M30 AFM was hammered.

Got a stock 173 ecu and a m20 maf.

Put both on.

Car barely idles. Lumps terrible.
Smokes out the exhaust like it is running rich.
Sounds like not all 6 are firing.
Plugs are black.
If I pull of any one plug wire nothing changes...

fml.

anyone wanna lend me hand friday...?
Either to burn this thing or get it running.

you're running it super rich with the m20 afm/19lb'rs. if I were you I would continue fucking with the m30 until it runs good, just keep spinnin that dial son. or if you're dead set on the m20afm I would def change out the injectors, it ran good stock, I was just worried about going too lean up top so I changed the shit out. I would def give you a hand fri but i'll be in vermont . I wish you the best of luck dude, I feel like a real a-hole right now.

if you want to borrow the socal for the track day under the condition it gets back to me the same way you received it go get the keys from sak, he has them. I'm srs.

One other item that I was thinking about your 02 sensor. I don't think that it would effect idle because I believe that it does not have influence on it but I could be wrong.....just a thought. Also, if it has run pig rich it can clog the sensor, ask me how I know .
