Thanks for implying that I live under a rock...lol. But, yes, it has been years since that development. Just saying, have you ever heard of Diamler/Chrysler? Merger or not, putting a Dodge motor in a Benz is still a downgrade to me.

Valve covers are just changed on this R8, since the Gallardo comes with a 4.2 Audi motor.

That is what I hoped. Would not make sense to put in the lambo motor, when VW/Audi mill is practically bulletproof.
