tdi is gone...picked up its replace///ment - 09-01-2010, 12:12 PM

so i recently sold the tdi and needed to pick up a daily that would entertain me yet be refined enough to not annoy me. i was suppsed to be picking up an 01 330i but after quite the adventure it turned out the car was a pile of **** and the dealer was a ****ing piece of **** scammer
well i was soured on the idea of an e46 after that so i decided to look into something a bit older...
i found this gem.

-Autothority chip
-K&N

-DSII wheels staggered
-DR. Vanos Stage 1
Recent maint/appearance parts

so i decided to take a trip to check it out yesterday and turns out the car was exactly how it was described by the seller. no suprises this time. so we struck a deal and i had a fun ride home in my first bmw.
the car is great. needs nothing. i just hate the clear tails/sidemarkers/corners so ill be picking up some smoked ones but other than that i dont intend to **** this car up at all with other fggt bull****. im going to try REAL HARD to just drive it and not put wheels/coils/etc... etc... on it.

spitting image of my dad's he used to own, such an awesome generation! yours looks beautiful!!! white looks soooo good.

any plans to change the diff. from the stock open, to a limited-slip? I remember that being his only gripe about the car until he upgraded to a 3.23 (I think - it was 11 years ago).
