what is a good product to clean/condition fake mk5 leatherette seats.

For your GLI? If so I'm pretty sure those have real leather.

Spray 9 and a scrub brush works best. Then hit them with a
coat of Lexol, I've always used it same with many others on here.
Zymol is another good product, I've never used it though.
