I got one that's ready to go. It already has a few body adjustments done to it. All it needs is to fix a leaky fuel line and it's good to go. What the heck, forget the fuel line and we'll have a bon fire at the finish!

Haha! Make it a team effort against a group of B5 S4s? Haggard 5 cyls will dominate!

Looks like I'll have yet another Audi for the demo derby. This one really will need to be pushed after I am done with it

My Dad and I shoved it down the driveway, I popped it in third, and it fired right up! I took it around the block, it ran terrible. It is in desperate need of a tune up. No worries, I have a new cap, rotor, wires and plugs ready to toss on.

Now I need to figure out if it is the starter that is zapped, or the wiring. Next weekend...

Good to hear it fired right up! Check that little braided copper strap that goes from the selonid to the actual starter housing, I've seen that corrode causing them to not start.

Thanks Rick!

Another possible issue to consider, grounds. Back last summer my 86 basically had no working grounds so a huge wire was ran from the neg terminal to the engine and it solved the problem of why it would sometimes start, and other times not. Also, before I did that, I could crawl under the car, giggle the little braided strap on the starter, and get the car to start. So basically, that was the only ground I had, a TINY piece of wire.
