I backed into my spot like always over some fresh snow last night. I came back from the store this afternoon and there's a green puddle where my car was parked. I'm totally stumped -- all VW fluids in the car, I can't think of any that are bright green/yellow.

Puddle is located around the middle of the car, so it's probably not coming from the engine....

Brake fluid or fuel. By DOT regulations, all DOT approved brake fluids are to be amber in color. Fuel also has a tendency to be an amber against a light background.

park in another spot and make sure it's not dog piss from a neighbor's dog before you loose sleep.

Ok, not dog pee. 1. No paw prints so unless it's a dog with tire tread feet, no go. 2. Same puddle under my parking spot at work. 3. Certainly not fuel - no smell. 4. Brake Fluid is still full.

dog urine fo sho. same thing happened to me last week. it was the dog even tho it was green.
