hi everyone i new to vw i just got a 2000 beetle and wanted to do a vr6 motor swap . but i cant find anyone to do it . Does anybody have any suggestionor can help with info? thanks

You are best off finding a donor car of the same year with a VR. That should keep a lot of the swap less complicated than it needs to be.

Being a beetle, you are going to deal with one of the worst engine bays in automotive history. You pretty much have to remove the bumper and fenders as one unit to do anything. Ask me how I know.

There is no reason it will fail as long as you have the correct ECU and there are no broken/missing parts that would cause any other vehicle to fail.
