I don't think so. I wasn't out there so late.
I drive an 07 white Jetta,

Hey, can I ask you all a question?

Can you guys recommend a good apartment complex or landlord to rent from? We are looking for something in the 500 to 600 range with heat and hot water included in a good area of town.

What type of area are you looking for? City living? Suburbs? Certain town for work?

Unfortunatly it is very hard to find a place that can offer all
of those qualities.

Sounds cool. What is the name of the complex?

We are trying to find a good, low crime neighborhood...so we've been looking North and East - Tonawanda, Williamsville, Amherst, West side of Cheekatawoga.
Can someone recommend a good landlord?

Jam lives in a house, not a complex.
Most complex's that are affordable (in your range) are lame.

Most landlords I could recommend have properties in the city, elmwood village area that might be able to fit your budget and by no means are in bad areas.

Fixed gear bicycles!

And I would never live in a complex, so many perfect strangers... It's creepy.

You should be able to find a place that's not a complex in the area, just narrow down your search. West Seneca is great, if you want to live in a more rural area but still want to be close-ish to the city check out Boston, eden, orchard park, hamburg but stay away from dirty derby ( don't mean to offend)

Did you find a place yet? I've seen a few complete houses for rent on craigslist that I thought were decent, but I haven't checked it since I moved in here...

No woman is good-looking for long enough for it to matter. (not the exact words, but idea stolen from Kurt Vonnegut)
