Cool. Will do as soon as I get a full time job.

Anybody out there hiring?

I've been looking like crazy..probably applied for 200 jobs in the last 2 months. I have 2 years in the financial industry (back office operations) and I do have an MBA from Columbia College.

Even thinking about getting a job detailing cars..for a shop.

Have you considered working for a credit union? I know SEFCU has been expanding in recent years since they went community charter. For what it's worth, I can say from experience that credit unions don't pay nearly what the banks do, but the benefits are great. I'd suggest you apply for a branch position just to get your foot in the door of any of the financial institutions around here, though. It's a lot easier to get a job in operations from within the company, and they usually post the position to employees a few weeks before they post in the newspapers.

No woman is good-looking for long enough for it to matter. (not the exact words, but idea stolen from Kurt Vonnegut)

I have .. Yes. However, they are really really low paying..so much so that I could not support myself. Banks (and financial institutions) in general don't pay much (as a rule..they don't make money by giving it away). Most tellers make pretty close to minimum wage, and that is just not sustainable. I do have an MBA, so I am hoping to find a job that pays at least $15 an hour. In the meantime, I am trying to get customers for my car detailing business.

Thanks for the suggestion though!

Also, if anybody needs any painting done..I am your man! We are currently painting our apartment but I do enjoy doing it (go figure!). I am a man of many talents..Marty's Affordable Car Detailing/Painting/etc..etc...lol!
