FEELER/FT 1988 VW GTi 16v - 07-26-2010, 04:58 PM

Ive been floating the idea of selling the car for a few weeks now, Im very torn weather to keep it and enjoy it, or just get out of the "car" scene all together. Im starting a new job soon and its a bit of a drive, id love to get something that was great on gas, and i didint have to worry about small problems here and there. most of you probably know the car so im not gona post pictures at this time. but i just wanted to post up and see if there was any interst in the car around here or if anyone knew someone with a good DD that was looking for something like this car.

1988 VW GTi
100k plus miles on the body
Unknown on the motor, engine "rebuild" by a previous owner, tryed to get details about the rebuild from the person i bought it off of, but he fell through on getting me the info.
runs great, blast too drive
had alot of small work done lately, been trying to go through and make everything "perfect" but money/time have been short. will list more details if theres any interest.

would sell, but id really love to trade. for a nice running DD nothing special, if anyone is interested tell me what ya got. its kinda a long shot though, but il see if i get any replys lol

thanks, jack

I wouldn't suggest getting out of it all together, maybe just revisit it later down the road. Cut you losses, get a good dd, come back to it when you have more time/patience.
