Ugh ok. OpenX is the host that manages the banner ad's. I've noticed that it can stall on that as well. Time to find an alternative because it seems to be happening way too often.

The site should no longer hang on the banner ad's and should be nice and quick now.

I changed the way the banner's load where they load completely separate from the rest of the site, meaning no more hanging when loading each page.

It "seems" to have been getting slower for me over the last few weeks. Today it was very slow and even timed out once. When I couldn't get it to reload that page I went back to the home page and it was somewhat better but still slow.

I was looking back through some old PM's to find something and was deleting them if they weren't the one I wanted. As I did this it started running faster and faster. So I did some housecleaning and now it is running much faster.

Probably just coincidence, but it is running considerably faster now than it has in weeks.
