Obviously, there's a lot still to do, however I do have installed and operational lifts.

Yep, I plan on being lift-rich. Much better than the other way around, and I figure if 4-5 jobs get delayed somehow because I only had 2 lifts, then it was money well spent.

For the short-term, yes. Big investment so far, and need to be able to recoup some of that by working my ass off solo-style, and will likely start looking for someone early March. If it gets to be too much before then, I'll look sooner.
