Bear with me, my phone has been down for about 24 hours now due to Verizon being the biggest POS company on the face of the Earth. I'm on the line with them now and I should be back up shortly. In the meantime, feel free to email or call 807-8260.

well i am using Verizon too, but i have never face such problem ever
