I was just letting him know that you get what you pay for. Unless someone has $2k+ to drop on a set of wheels I believe OEM+ is the way to go.

I wasn't raggin' on you dude.

Yo Rovert, I was actually just online looking for a new coilover kit. I want to be able to adjust my ride hight if I decide to switch over to 16" for winter tires. Also was looking at Air Bag suspension 2, since they are right around the same size.

imop- air ride kits are going to run you a lot of money.. vmaxx or whatevr are cheap and im sure others will tell you- you get what you pay for.. so when they blow up dont be suprized.

look at my FS thread on the vogtland springs- as you can see they fit the wheels up in the well very nicely and the ride was pretty damn decent.

1) get springs, cheap easy and good- save some money for ur wheels aswell.

or

2) get a worthwhile set of coilovers/ or a cup kit- get wheels down the road.

i think thats ur best bet. the MKV platform has a high underside as it is.. i drove mine 2 winters with it as pictured in my FS threads and if u have snows youll never skip a beat. i think thats ur best plan of action man.
hope that helps! if u have any other Q's feel free to ask. theres no stupid questions, every person on this forum was once asking it too.
