Idk I love vw's but I would do it just because it hasn't been done very much. 16v and vr and 1.8t swaps are done left and right. This is awesome cause it rips and ita different.

Like a TDI swap into an old civic hatch would be equally as awesome.

I would love a k20 Rocco haha.

exactly! plus, no rear control arm bolts getting frozen, no shotty, rattly interior, paper thin body panels, poor road feel, super uncomfortable seats, sagging headliner (oh wait... nevermind on the last one)

no exploding secondary water pumps, no replacing wheel bearings every 6 miles, fewer electrical gremlins, the list goes on and on!
