Car is currently not registered as i was going to fix it before i put it on the road. Im located in Town of Tonawanda. If someone can drop it off or if i can borrow it for like 10mins that would be excellent.

Im trying to swap a burned out speedo cluster for a used one on a friends 2002 jetta. Im looking to pay someone with vagcom to help swap the used cluster in and deal with the immobilizer programming issues.
