VAG-COM is a diagnostic tool for troubleshooting problems related to OBDII. It's extremely easy to use, and can even be used on cars as far back as 1990. You can use the "blink" method to figure out what your problem is, or buy the interface and software and a computer will tell you exactly what the problem is.
