1995 1 previous owner bought new 22 years ago. All maintenance completed and it's in amazing shape. Pretty excited I've been looking for the right Miata since 2011.

Ya mustang has been gone. Nothing crazy planned for it. Wheels, tires, suspension, better steering wheel, maintenance.

Nice! Do you also want to paint it, or you diggin' the black color? :D
If you mod it, even a little bit, please make an update and give us some pictures. Cheers!

Gonna leave it black for now. I might go totally dumb and plasti dip it sometime but I haven't owned a black car yet so i like it for now. I have already done some mods to it. I put new speakers and a head unit in. Head unit was a pain in the ass. I bought a fitment kit and a wiring kit both needed extensive modifying to work. The speakers needed adapters to be mounted in and I didn't buy them so I had to make those too. New weighted shift knob the old one was some weird chrome phallus type thing. GV replica lip and wheels and tires.

The rest of my plans are some sort of lip spoiler for the trunk. Coilovers, and a shorty antenna.

These are so much fun to run around in. The one I had was sort of a pile, but starting with a nice clean stock one is awesome. Don't fuckboi it up.

Are your goals to have something good at auto-x, good backroad driving, or some silly stance look? There is so much information out there on suspension for these things. I've been eyeing a set of KYB adjustable shocks fit mine. I put a new set of Dunlop Direzza DZ102s on last summer, and the car went from great to fantastic.

my goals are just to have fun with it. I have been looking at suspension stuff but just haven't pulled the trigger and probably won't for a while. I am enjoying it as is.

Recently finished up the majority of what I am going to do to the Miata for now. I spent the winter refreshing a donor motor. I pulled it apart resealed it and made sure it had good compression and no leaky valves. The motor I took out is on the stand and needs new valve seals and piston rings so I am considering a slow build. The refreshed motor went in early this spring along with a set of headers a 949 racing coolant reroute an aluminum radiator and a digital coolant temp gauge .

These cars have a weird cooling system from the factory that cause a lot of heat to build up in cylinder 4 which is what happened to my first engine. I wanted to get that corrected before I made any power mods.

Since the motor has been in I advanced the timing just a bit put new motor mounts in. One poly and one mazda speed which is a stiffer rubber. It also has a 2.25 inch exhaust now with a cat and one muffler. It sounds about as good as 1.8 N/A 4 cylinder can and isn't too loud.

It had open headers for 2 weeks, before I got it in to have the exhaust made because I couldn't find anything that had a cat and fit the headers, and it was unbearable.

I lowered it with a set of Tein coils and bought a set of super 90s three spoke wheels that need to be refinished. They might go on this year.

I do plan to swap the diff in this for an lsd but it probably won't happen until winter now. I have the other diff I just am ready to drive this one for the summer.

On the exterior I just did a shorty antenna a garage vary replica lip and and a no name rear spoiler. The wheels are 14 inch snowflakes from a mk1.

Interior has a wooden steering wheel and the temp gauge that's it.
